Yes. Send us the panel sizes for your kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, laundry or shelving and we'll CNC cut them to your exact dimensions, apply 1mm laser edgetape and drill for hinges, cams, dowels and shelf pins, ready to assemble.

What materials do you cut?

Melamine MDF with 1mm laser edgetape. This focus lets us guarantee consistency and turnaround, it's not a full-service cutting shop for every material.

What is the difference between Melteca and Melamine?

Accepted Answer

Melteca is a brand name for melamine faced board, while Melamine is the general term for MDF or particle board with a melamine resin surface. We cut Melamine board to size, and can match most common decors and finishes.

Yes. We drill 35mm hinge cups, hinge mount holes, cam and dowel holes and 5mm shelf pin lines at 32mm spacing, all set out on your cutting list.
